What to do if you have a complaint
Destina Travel is an active member of the Institute of Customer Service. As such, we have a keen desire to satisfy our customers through the service we provide, and the holiday products we sell. Should you feel the need to complain either before, after or during your holiday, we will do all we can to help resolve the situation.

We will then implement our complaints resolution process as soon as is reasonable possible, to make sure that your holiday goes ahead without further reason to complain.
